KOLOCEP
An
inhabited island, the nearest one to Dubrovnik, only 3 nautic miles away.
It spreads from southeast to southwest, devided from the coast by the
channel of Kolocep and the Great doors. Its surface is 2,35 km with 150
inhabitants living there. There are two places on Kolocep : Gornje Celo
i Donje Celo. In the mild mediterannean climate there grows vine, olives
and agrumes. The sightseeing spots are : Velika Gospa Church. Antun
Opat Chapel and the Holly Trinity Chapel.
