Supplement
for a stay of one day only is + 20% and for two days only is +10%.
Check-in
time is at 14:00 hours, check-out at 11:00.
At check-in identification documents must be presented for registration
and rental fees paid in full.
On check-out day luggage may be stored at the apartment only till
14:00; after that it could be taken to the storage facility at the
bus station.
Extended rental for late departure till 19:00 hours is possible only in the case if the room is NOT rented for the following night. In that case late check-out fee is 60% of the daily rate.
Advanced reservations can be made up to a year in advance. They are recommended, especially for high season. To secure an advanced reservations, deposits are required.
A deposit of the amount of the rate of one night should be transferred on my account either at the OTP Bank or the PBZ Bank to secure the reservation. The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment. I am in no position to accept credit cards.
Information about the bank accounts for deposit will be sent along with acknowledgment of the reservation inquiry. The reservation is assured upon receipt of the deposit.
If a reservation is cancelled 30 days prior of arrival, a refund of the full deposit will be made. For cancellation 8 to 29 days before arrival, a refund of 75% of a deposit will be made. For cancellation 7 or less days before arrival, there will be no refund, however, every effort will be made to re-rent the room(s) or apartment, and in that case, a refund of 75% of the deposit will be made.
